Warrants its supplies to be free of defects in both materials and workmanship for a period of one year from the date of purchase. Supplies have been manufactured under stringent quality control standards, assuring performance that equals or exceeds that of the original equipment manufacturer.

Will at its option, replace or credit the full purchase price of any supply found to be defective.

The Cartridge Family
Also warrants, subject to the conditions stated below, that under normal use (including operation of the equipment within specifications) our supplies will not cause damage, abnormal wear, or deterioration to any compatible equipment. If a product defect in causes an original equipment supply item or equipment failure, The Cartridge Family will reimburse its customer for the full amount of all costs or repair or replace the product. This warranty is dependent upon the customer providing us with satisfactory evidence that the failure was a direct result of a product sold by The Cartridge Family without misuse or mishandling of the product in question.

The Cartridge Family
Liability hereunder shall be limited to replacement as provided above. This warranty is exclusive, and in lieu of all other warranties, expresses or implied, including warranties or merchantability and fitness for particular purpose.
